  • Karolina Kaim (CEO)

    An architect by education and a Warsaw native by birth. Karolina’s passion lies in cities. She views empty spaces as a canvas for creation, sparking her imagination. Rather than conforming to predefined boundaries, she prefers to set her own. She is fascinated by the unknown, the transformation of the status quo, and projects started from scratch. For nearly 30 years, she has been co-creating the Warsaw commercial real estate market, and for the past decade, she has focused on the residential luxury segment. With experience in hospitality and leisure projects, she is a member of the Executive Committee of ULI (Urban Land Institute in Poland) and is the only Polish woman on the prestigious jury of the ULI European Awards for Excellence. Throughout her career, she has had the pleasure of making significant contributions to properties that have become popular destinations for living, working, and leisure activities. From concept and design through implementation, her projects have shaped the urban landscape. Notable works include Cosmopolitan, Nobu Warsaw, The Bridge Wrocław, Park Lane, Three Fronts Income House, Platan Park, Nautilus, Mokotów Box, Aries Hotel, Mila Club, and F.S.O. Park.

  • Katarzyna Zabielska (Sales Manager)

    Graduated in finance, accounting and insurance from the University of Warsaw and in Management Studies from the Warsaw School of Economics. Since 2017, she has been working as a Sales Assistant, and since 2020 as a Sales Manager at High Level Sales & Marketing. She focuses on the premium real estate market in Poland and abroad.

  • Joanna Żywot (Sales Manager)

    Graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in global business, finance and management (governance) as well as a degree in management. She has been in the real estate industry since 2018. In 2020, she joined High Level Sales & Marketing as a Sales Manager. She specializes in the premium real estate market in Warsaw, Poland and abroad.

  • Sawa Ostrowska (Marketing Manager)

    A student of journalism and social communication at SWPS University, specializing in Public Relations. She began her career at High Level Sales & Marketing in 2022 as a Sales Assistant, and after a year she advanced to the position of Sales Manager focusing on premium real estate sales in Poland and abroad. Her driving force is her extensive marketing knowledge and ability to build valuable business relationships.

    A student majoring in Global Business at the Warsaw School of Economics, Wojciech is particularly interested in sales and building valuable business relationships, with a special focus on the premium real estate sector.

  • Mateusz Dokupil (Sales Assistant)

    A student of artificial intelligence and management at Kozminski University. Mateusz focuses on premium real estate sales, leveraging financial technology to build long-term financial relationships and create more compelling sales opportunities.

  • Franciszek Garstecki (Sales Manager)

    A graduate of management studies (bachelorʼs degree at SGGW) and a masterʼs degree in project management (Kozminski University), Franciszek is fascinated by the premium real estate market in Poland, particularly in the development investment segment and luxury residences.

  • Antoni Garstecki (Sales Assistant)

    Antoni supports the sales department and manages the administration of High Level. Despite his young age, he is known for his maturity and consistency in pursuit of his chosen goal. His priority is to ensure a smooth and comfortable process for clients throughout the sales journey.
